michael sharp ★ General Manager
Michael got his start early helping his father with BW3's and Microbrewery and with his grandfather in his bar. As many do, he started as a server at 19 and continued on to bartending when he reached 21. He worked for Cameron Mitchell for seven years, Blue Point Grill in Cleveland, and has opened many concepts in many cities over the years. He also took pride in consulting on and writing Liquor, Beer, Wine and Cocktail menus for various concepts. Michael began his career with Matt The Miller's in 2015. Since then he has hired, trained and been a key member of new store openings for our brand and spent the last five years as General Managers of our Dublin, West Chester, Kenwood and now our Gemini locations.
Michael is a die hard Cleveland sports fan! He is big on family; married to the beautiful Ally and has two amazing boys; baby Mikey and Hudson.
Joe Fecko ★ ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Joe was born in Youngstown, Ohio. He has been working in the service industry for almost 20 years. He got his start at Cedar Point in 2000 working wagon carts on the Mid Way. He started bartending in 2002 slinging drinks at a swim up bar in Soak City. After a move to Florida he worked as valet and bell service at the Grand Floridian and from there was back and forth between Disney and Put In Bay here in Ohio. In 2010, he took a full time position at the former Rainforest Cafe, current Disney Spring where he worked until 2015 serving. Joe loves the fast pace of the industry! He made a move back to Ohio and began working for Matt The Miller's in 2017 bartending at our Grandview location. He loved working for Beth Crawford and Steve Paul, both current General Managers in our company. He was persuaded into joining the management team in 2019 where he resides today!
Anthony Nix ★ executive Chef
Anthony started his career in restaurants at the age of 16 working as a busser for Damon's Bar and Grill. After two years he worked his way to the kitchen. He made a switch to Darden Restaurants where he became a 5 star certified trained and traveled the country opening new locations. In 2007, Anthony accepted a service manager role with Max and Erma's and it wasn't long before he became the General Manager of the Dublin location where he remained for many years. Anthony joined CLB Restaurants in 2015 as an Assistant General Manager in Grandview. He was moved to the General Manager role shortly after and later transferred to the same position at our Gemini location. Anthony felt a calling to return to his roots in the kitchen, so in 2017 he continued his passion of working with food as the Executive Chef.
Outside of work, Anthony loves spending time with his wife and four children and traveling as a family.
Casey Sadowski ★ sous cHEF
Chad Stoneburner ★ Floating GM
Chad is from Harrisburg, Virginia. He went to school at Bridgewater College and during those years started bartending and supervising at The Inn at Ohio Northern. He began working for Matt The Miller's in July of 2014 and quickly became a bartender at our Grandview location. He worked his way up to Assistant General Manager in Dublin in 2016 and became General Manager of our Gemini location in 2017. He has since moved to our floating General Manager and assists all six locations.
Chad is married to Hannah and in his free time enjoys visiting breweries and vineyards, traveling, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors.
